We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, a provider will review your medical history. From there, the Doctor/provider will explain any concerns and help you choose options for treatment. We typically proceed with scheduling a follow-up visit at a time that is most convenient for you.
For a shorter time in the virtual waiting room, please fill out the New Patient Form and email it to us before your visit.
We use Fullscripts to dispense the best quality supplementation to our patients. Check out website for further details!
We also use Rupa Health for ordering specialty labs near you! Reach out to our office if you are interested in lab work with your visit.
