Providers are available by video conference, or by phone. Email or call our office to be scheduled for this service. You can also login to the Patient Portal to schedule your appointment online. Currently, New Medicine Collaborative does not contract with any insurance companies.

Our California licensed Providers can provide care to California residents (including ordering and interpreting labs and imaging) without an in-person meeting and establish a doctor-patient relationship over the phone and video conference.

All other residents can be provided with a Remote Educational Consult (This consult doesn't establish a doctor-patient relationship. No tests are ordered. Information is provided that you can share with your local health care team).
